My Animal Planet idol, Steve Irwin the Croc Hunter, died the other day during filming in the Great Barrier Reef when a stingray pierced his heart with its poisonous stinger.

The world is down one crazy guy. And I'm really gonna miss him.

PS: The irony that a croc didn't finish him off is the real kicker.

Hi everyone. It's me.
Lyons suits me; I can walk everywhere and take tons of pictures and there's delicious food to eat. I am getting pretty comfortable with French. I understand more than I can speak, but I can still speak decently. (Camillie and I went to the movies on Sunday and saw this really great serious animated movie called "Renaissance.") France is beautiful in the spring. I will show you all pictures of it when I get back. We are going to Paris on Thursday. I miss you all and hope you aren't having too much fun in my absence. ;-) Love you all much. See you soon.

Today in robotics Christina and I were playing with the pink styrofoam. We had a race to see who could carve a curve out of the stuff the fastest. 80-20 Girl *fanfare* won using her spoon, leaving Princess Pi to eat her packing peanuts with her cheese grater. Then we were completely covered in little flecks of pink foam. It's safe to say that we had the most fun today out of everybody. (Scott had the best expression when he saw our handiwork. Yay for Scott!)

But I'm in one of those moods right now where I wonder if anyone would notice if I died. Just *poof.* Gone. Out of sight, out of mind. Maybe there is a heaven. I wonder if they had forests there...

It's gonna be fun to see what the hell comes out this year, especially with my brother in charge. It's so weird to have him be Mr. Chief Man Sir Peter. Ya know, with all this importance and power and stuff and to me he's just...Pete. My brother. (Who IS human, Archie!!!)

Speaking of Archie, we had a lot of fun at the Kick-Off today because there were quite a few cute and hot guys there. *sigh* It's so nice to have such a fresh selection of lovable losers. They are so funny. Last year a Junior and Senior were hitting on Arch & me, and we just couldn't stop laughing. To quote Dave & myself: "His mind is weak and brittle, like a candy cane. Woo-hoo! 2006!

I spent the night at my friend Tori's house with friends Jess, Nat, and Kristen. (Kristen's more of Tori''s friend than anyone else's but whatever. She lives in West Windsor.) It was so much fun though. The punch winked at us, i got an allergic reaction to her cats & started sneezing, we watched Serenity (yea! awesome movie!) and some chick flicks.

Tangent: Some of my friends say I somewhat look like Inara. I dunno. I'm happy being the companion if that means I get Mal. My friend & I faught over him several times.)

I fell asleep during one of the chick flicks. My body just couldn't take any more stereotypical characters and cliches. They woke me up when it was finally over and the fun started again.

All during PoTC we were arguing about who was hotter, Depp or Bloom. My vote goes for Captain Jack Sparrow all the way. The character's hot, if not the actor. :-) But other than that hour and a half of rest I got during that god-forsaken movie I didn't get any sleep at all. Thus the status. I'm gonna hit the hay as soon as I finish this. I really have nothing else to say, and if I did....I'm too tired to say it. So here's some punch (not the winking variety though, sorry) and cookies.
